Front porch and screen porch are up

I've added pictures of our new front porch and screen porch.  They are out there roofing them today.  They have also started framing the second floor.  Next up... doors, windows and siding.

Through the Roof!

The main part of the house now has a roof.  The Garage will be covered soon and once they have the front porch poured they will put up the front porch roof.  The front porch will go across the entire front of the house.
Assuming they get the basement ready today, I'll be installing the 2"of foam and in-floor heat tonight and tomorrow.  After we get back from California next week the work starts for me! That is if I do not break any bones if I end up trying to surf.

(Next I'll take some picture of the inside and the views out the back windows.)

 Back left of the house. The 2 tall windows and door will be our informal dining room table.  Screen porch is on the way.

Back of the house.  The bottom window is the family room, the top two are Carson's room.  Our room is the large window to the right on the second story.  Carson's  room also has a windows (not seen) that is the same size as the family room window.

First floor framed

 The first floor of the house has been framed.  They are starting on the second floor today.  Some rooms are starting to feel like real rooms.  I'm getting anxious to walk up the stairs to the second floor, which I expect to be completed by the end of next week.  I'm thinking we have about 2 weeks left on the framing... next will be the roof, then windows, then siding.

Picture taken from the back right of the house.  This will be the location of the patio (to the left of the one tall skinny window is another like window and a matching door - this is the location of the dining room).  The door opening will go into the screen porch off the side of the house.

The trees are green!   I found out this is a class A trout stream so we should be able to survive off the land - Fish, deer, turkey and bear.
