Fresh paint... We just have a little trim in the back and the screen porch to paint. We ended up with two really good days for painting (I little hot).
Whats next...
The plumbing is going in (finally) and I have about a full day or two worth of electric work. Electric is taking much longer then the last house, I think it is because of all the separate rooms on the main floor. The goal is to have drywall in the first week of September (or before - contractor dependent). I also need to finish up the basement rough in for the insulation (thanks Heath for the air nailer!)
